OPERA DLA GŁUCHYCH

„Opera dla Głuchych” (Opera for the Deaf) is an interdisciplinary series that brings the artistic practices of the Deaf community to a broad audience. Between 2017 and 2026, we produced seven experimental performances rooted in sign language and presented four more; we commissioned three audiovisual installations and created four works for the Deaf Percussion Orchestra. In addition, we prepared sign language translations and presentations of dozens of acclaimed movies in collaboration with Kino Muranów, as well as a regular sign-language social media press review.
